Miriam Hönig, the founder of Max & Hönig Rechtsberatung, possesses the in-depth knowledge required to provide legal advice and operational legal support to banks and external asset managers. Following her first years as a lawyer in one of the leading Swiss corporate law firms, she worked for several years at the listing department of the Swiss stock exchange [SIX Swiss Exchange] as well as in the Global Financial Intermediaries business segment of UBS, providing her with an excellent knowledge base within financial markets.
